Job description

Epyr is seeking a high-potential Business Analyst to support us in customer acquisition, opportunity development, and deal execution across France and Europe. Working closely with the founders and commercial leadership, the role combines direct involvement in customer interactions, contribution to real sales opportunities, and analytical work to structure and scale Epyr’s commercial efforts. You will progressively take ownership of parts of the customer journey, from first contact to opportunity development.

Key Responsibilities:

​

1. Sales Enablement & Pipeline Development

​​

  • Lead and structure customer interactions, including discovery discussions and follow-ups

  • Actively drive the qualification of opportunities (use case relevance, decision process, timeline, value potential)

  • Take responsibility for defined customer segments or industries, including account mapping and engagement strategy

  • Capture and formalize customer insights to influence commercial strategy and product positioning

  • Improve and maintain deal-tracking and prioritization tools used by leadership for commercial decision-making

2. Marketing & External Visibility

​

  • Develop customer-facing materials used directly in sales discussions (case studies, pitch decks, ROI narratives)

  • Translate customer needs and questions into clear, compelling commercial messages

  • Participate to events and support sales follow-up, including direct interaction with leads

  • Leverage customer feedback to continuously sharpen Epyr’s commercial storytelling

  • Contribute to the development and execution of Epyr’s marketing initiatives by supporting content, digital visibility, and brand-building actions

Profile

Must Have​​

  • Final year student in a Master’s program from a leading engineering/ business school or university

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Professional proficiency in French and English

  • Deep commitment to the energy transition and climate impact

  • Strong interest in commercial strategy, business development, or entrepreneurship

Nice-to-Have:​

  • Past experience supporting commercial activities or directly interacting with clients

  • Knowledge of marketing or design tools to refine your presentations and improve your messages’ impactt

​

Soft Skills:​

  • Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

  • Curiosity and autonomy

  • Ability to learn fast in a technically complex environment

  • Structured thinking and ability to prioritize
