Job description

Epyr is seeking a Sales & Marketing Analyst to support its commercial development and market positioning in France and Europe. The intern will work closely with the founders and the commercial team on sales enablement and marketing execution.

The role combines analytical work, customer-facing exposure, and hands-on marketing initiatives, with increasing ownership over time.

Key Responsibilities:

​

1. Sales Enablement & Pipeline Development

​​

  • Directly engage with prospects through introductory exchanges

  • Support opportunity qualification through data-driven segmentation, and customer targeting

  • Develop tools, dashboards, and processes to improve pipeline quality, development and visibility

​

2. Marketing & External Visibility

​

  • Produce high-quality marketing materials: case studies, product sheets, customer value propositions, and conference content

  • Support Epyr’s presence at industry events, including sourcing, preparation of messaging, materials, and post-event lead follow-up

  • Lead digital and content marketing efforts to strengthen Epyr’s visibility in priority markets

  • Strengthen Epyr’s brand and market credibility by identifying, targeting, and managing strategic labels, certifications, and award applications

Profile

Must Have​​

  • Final year student in a Master’s program from a leading engineering/ business school or university

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Professional proficiency in English

  • Deep commitment to the energy transition and climate impact

  • Ability to tailor and simplify complex messages, especially around industrial or energy topics

  • Knowledge of energy markets and EU / French decarbonization policies 

  • Understanding of financial engineering (3rd party financing, SPV…)

Nice-to-Have:

  • Past experience supporting commercial activities (sales or marketing) or directly interacting with clients

  • Knowledge of marketing or design tools to refine your presentations and improve your messages’ impact

​

  • Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

  • Curiosity and autonomy

  • Structured thinking and ability to prioritize
